Returns

You can withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason in accordance with the provisions of Section 7, Act No. 102/2014 on Consumer Protection on the Sale of Goods or Provision or Services under Distance Contracts or Contracts Executed outside the Business Premises of the Seller, as amended, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be undamaged, unused and with a tag. If you decide to return the goods, it is up to you whether you choose a refund or wish to exchange the goods for other goods. We will refund the money to your account without undue delay (no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned goods) or we will send you other goods. If you paid by card online, we shall credit the money to this payment card.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

• Please fill in the form for withdrawal from the purchase contract which can be found HERE.
• Package the goods, include the form and send them to the address: ARCTIC FOX s.r.o. Václavské náměstí 773/4, Praha - Nové Město 110 00, Czech Republic.
