Complaint
Complaint can be filed within 24 months from the date of purchase. Purchased goods shall be sent together with a copy of the receipt of payment and the reason for the complaint to the following address: ARCTIC FOX s.r.o. – Complaints department, Václavské náměstí 773/4, 110 00 Praha – Nové Město, Czech Republic. For a proper and quicker settlement of the complaint we recommend describing precisely the reason for the complaint. Please attach the completed complaint protocol to the sent goods, which you can find HERE.
The moment of submission of the complaint is considered to be the date of delivery of the claimed goods together with all documents stipulated by law to our address. We will register your claim, about which we will inform you by e-mail. The period for resolving the complaint is 30 days from the date of delivery to our address. We will inform you about the claim process by e-mail or by phone.
